Kevin Donnell, or "KD", is a hard working, small town guy who appreciates the combination of good food, good drink, and good music. He has packed all three into KD's Smokehouse, his dream come true.

KD's family has been in the meat market business since the early 1960's. Through the 60's and 70's his grandfather, Adolph Vochoska, ran the Cash Meat Market and Vochoska Sausage Company. KD proudly uses his grandfather's recipes for all of his sausages, ring bologna and weiners. Kevin's parents, Tim and Jeanette, are also in the meat market business and have owned the Meat House in Waco for over 20 years.

KD himself has participated in barbeque cookoffs for over 12 years, and his four Grand Champion trophies, and other top 10 finishes are proof that he really knows his way around the pit.
